Professor Dr. Marc Hürzeler, Munich/Germany, improves the width of the alveolar ridge in order to achieve a sufficient bone supply to place implants into the position distal of the lower left canine. Therefore he harvests alveolar bone plates retromolarly to reconstruct the alveolar ridge.
