Six months after a lateral sinus augmentation was performed (see Part 1) Dr. Marc Hinze, Gräfelfing/Germany, inspects the surgical site and performs an implantation in this region. After another six months the impression taking was performed and the treatment finalized.

Three month after the extraction of a lateral incisor Professor Dr. Marc Hürzeler, Munich/Germany, demonstrates the delayed insertion of an implant. In the esthetic zone the procedure has to be performed with special care.

Dr. Egon Euwe demonstrates a minimal-invasive implant treatment of a patient for a hopeless, fractured upper lateral incisor. Prior to the implantation he extrudes the damaged tooth orthodontically to gain soft and hard tissue.
