The inspection of mucosa takes time, but it is of great benefit for the patient. Dr. Markus Tröltzsch introduces five rules to asses the mucosa quite dependable.

As soon as a pathology is discovered you have to decide whether it is possible to wait and see or it is necessary to take the lesion out. If the lesion is too big: take a sample biopsy. Markus Tröltzsch also demonstrates the best technique to take the biopsy and how to train them.
