In the here shown technique for recession coverage in the upper jaw a coronally advanced flap without relief incision is chosen. First the incision in the interdental area is undertaken which leads to the surgical creation of the papilla. After that the marginal areas are prepared and the flap is build up to the mucogingival limit in the sense of a full flap.
From here a split flap is prepared to be able to shift the flap to coronal. The application of an enamel matrix protein is followed by the microsurgical closure with different suturing techniques.
