Recession Coverage - Method 2: ’Zucchelli approach’

In the shown operation the multiple recessions that are in the upper jaw are covered with the ‘Zucchelli approach’. Based on a later centre of rotation the diagonally running incisions are put in the area of the papilla. After the mobilization of the flap it is shifted to coronal and at the same time rotated which makes it possible to build new papilla.

After the application of an enamel matrix protein the wound is closed with different micro sutures to adapt the flap.
